1 egg
1 14oz can Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 envelope Knox® Unflavored Gelatin
2 tbsp. water
1 16oz can Libby’s® Solid Pack Pumpkin
1 Keebler Ready Crust® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
In medium bowl, beat egg. Beat in milk and spices. Set aside.
In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute. Over low heat, stir until gelatin dissolves, add milk mixture. Cook and stir
constantly until mixture thickens, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove form heat; add
pumpkin. Pour into crust; chill 4 hours until set.
Refrigerate leftovers.
